A session held jointly for grade 5 & 6 students of HariKishan School, Thane where they were introduced on the concept of Air Pressure & how difference is experienced in the atmosphere.
Experiments were conducted and demonstrated to the students for them to understand the concepts.
Pressure Difference – Balloon in Bottle.
The students were made to understand the difference in air pressure on both Land & water and how it affects our nature.
Furthermore, they were taught about the various other phenomenon like the Expansion of Air in Hot weather and how the wings of an Aeroplane are designed so that they can take the advantage of Air Pressure below and above the wings.
Activities were given for student engagement.
